At Sabrosa Fusion CA, we create unique Peruvian marinades, sauces and foods inspired by three generations of family recipes. Founded by Mery Cuadros in Ottawa, our brand brings bold.
Our flagship products include Maria Itala’s Peruvian Marinade, inspired by my grandmother’s recipe from Lima, and Mama Mery’s Hot Sauce, inspired by my mother. Together, they represent the family tradition behind Sabrosa Fusion CA.
